Parameter Description

Parameter

Description

IP address

It specifies the IP address to be pinged.

 

 

Start

To start to ping the specified IP address, click this button.

 

 

Auto Diagnose

To perform diagnosing operations, click this button.

Interface

It specifies the interface on which the diagnosing operations

are performed.

 

Start

To start the Atm Oamf5 test, click this button.

Description

Maintenance Domain

It specifies the MD level of the 802.1ag diagnosis.

(MD) level

 

Destination MAC

It specifies the destination MAC address of the 802.1ag

address

diagnosis.

Set MD Level

To set the MD level, click this button.

 

 

Send Loopback

If the VDSL is connected and the corresponding parameters

are valid, to send a loopback message, click this button.

 

Send Linktrace

If the VDSL is connected and the corresponding parameters

are valid, to send a linktrace message, click this button.

 

Maintenance

It specifies the channel number for the 802.1ag diagnosis.

Association

 

6.4 Log Management

Function

Logs record the information about important operations and actions performed on the HG612.

Path

 

Choose Maintenance > Log.
