Air Cleaner — Protects engine by filtering dust and debris out of intake air.

Choke Lever — Used when starting a cold engine. Discharge Outlet — Connect discharge hose here. Engine Label — Provides model, type and code number of engine. Please have these readily available when calling for assistance.

Fuel Tank — Capacity of 10 fl. oz..

Oil Fill Cap/Dipstick — Check and fill engine with oil here.

Primer Bulb — Prepares a cold engine for starting.

Priming Plug — Fill pump with water here to prime pump before starting.

Pump Chamber — Be sure to fill with water before starting.

Starter Handle — Used to start the engine.

Stop Switch — Push to "Stop" to switch off engine. Serial Number Label — Provides model, revision and serial number of water pump. Please have these readily available when calling for assistance.

Strainer Basket (not shown) — Used to limit passage of abrasive materials into the pump.

Suction Inlet — Connect reinforced suction hose here. Throttle Lever — Used to adjust engine speed to control pump output.

Water Drain Plug — Remove to drain water from pump and flush internal components with clean water.
