Peaches ‘n’ Cream Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup peach nectar or juice
2 (4 ounce) cartons low fat peach yogurt 1½ cups frozen unsweetened peaches 1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice cubes
Method:
Makes two 1¼ cup servings
Place all ingredients in blender jar. Cover with lid, press power button and then “Smoothie” button.
Pour smoothie mixture into two serving glasses. Top each smoothie with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, if desired.
Cherry Berry Pomegranate Smoothie
Ingredients:
1½ cups blueberry pomegranate juice
2 (6 ounce) cartons nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt 1½ cups frozen dark sweet cherries
1 banana, peeled, coarsely chopped and frozen
1 tablespoon flaxseed, optional
Method:
Makes four
1 cup servings
