3-6. IDLE MODE
Once programmed, an Idle Mode can help to save on oil and utility costs. If the fryer is not being used for several minutes,
the controls can be set to automatically lower the oil temperature, or
press the button to start the Idle Mode.
The oil is maintained at a lower temperature until the | button |
