Decrystallizing Honey
Procedure
Loosen the lid and place the jar (glass only) of honey in a perforated cooking pan or on the rack.
Stir the honey once during the process.
Settings
MasterChef > Special > Decrystallize Honey
or
Steam Cooking Temperature: 140° F / 60° C
Duration: 90 minutes (irrespective of jar size or amount of honey in the jar)
