Please make sure that you have the following information available before you call:
•The model and serial number of your WhisperKOOL unit. The serial number is located behind the thermostat on a silver sticker and starts with letter "A" followed by five numbers.
•Type of thermostat used with your WhisperKOOL.
•Location and installation details, such as ventilation, construction and size of room.
•Photos of installation of unit from 10 to 15 feet away, front and back.
•Completed Troubleshooting Checklist and Temperature Differential Testing form.

XLT Exterior Grille
Protects the XLT systems from the weather elements when placed on the exhaust side.
•Small Exterior Grille (used for XLT 1600, 3000, & 4200)
•Large Exterior Grille (used for XLT 6000 & 8000)
XLT PDT Thermostat
The PDT is equipped with a digital readout that shows the actual liquid temperature reading from the bottle probe. Offered to be purchased separately if a replacement is needed.
Condensate Pump Kit
The condensate pump kit is designed as an automatic condensate removal pump for water dripping out of our cooling units’ drain line. The pump is controlled by a float/switch mechanism that turns the pump on when approximately

This kit allows the warm exhaust air to be ducted to another area. Ideal if the room adjacent to your cellar is not ideal for warm air to be exhausted into.
