HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE

■Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?

■Is there a power outage in the area?

■See Troubleshooting on page 19.

IF THE COOKTOP BURNERS DO NOT LIGHT

■Is the two piece burner assembled correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)

■Is the burner head assembly aligned correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)

■Is the manual shut-off valve open? This is usually located where the gas comes out of the wall.

For warranty service, please contact DCS Customer Care Representative at (888) 281-5698. Before you call, please have the following information ready:

■Model Number (located on rating plate on the right side of the unit).

■Serial Number (located on rating plate on the right side of the unit).

■Date of installation

■A brief description of the problem
