The following table provides recommendations for
inspecting and replacing parts, and cleaning and
lubricating the upper and lower taping heads.
Taping Head Inspect/Replace Clean Lubricate Counter Cycles *
Centering Rails Inspect at 250 hours. N.A. 250 hours. Every 120,000 cycles.
Closure Chain Replace as needed. Multipurpose
grease.
Infeed Drive Motor Inspect at 250 hours. N.A. 250 hours. Every 120,000 cycles.
Sprockets and Replace as needed. Multipurpose
Chains grease.
Infeed Roller Inspect at 250 hours. N.A. 250 hours. Every 120,000 cycles.
Sprockets and Replace as needed. Multipurpose
Shafts grease.
