ADVANCE REPLACEMENTAny product determined by ADC not to comply with the applicable warranty within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment to the Buyer, or as otherwise authorized, are eligible for advance replacement free of charge. A replacement product will be shipped to the Buyer within 24 hours of ADC’s receipt of notification from the Buyer.
