Setting Up ADSL Service

SETTING UP ADSL SERVICE

The service provider sets up the ADSL parameters for your service. The modem must have the ADSL SYNC LED lit before you can connect sessions with your service provider. Verify SYNC in the following section, “Checking LED Indications.”

CHECKING LED INDICATIONS

The table below describes LED indications for all operational modes. LEDs on the modem front panel provide continual status at-a-glance for network and modem connections.

ADSL modem transceiver is not detecting a transceiver at the far end.
