iv.reverse-assemble, reverse-compile or attempt to derive a source code equivalent of the Software.

d.Protections. Licensee agrees to secure and protect the Software, the Documentation and copies thereof in a manner consistent with ADIC's rights therein and to take appropriate action to satisfy its obligations in this Article by instruction or agreement with its employees, agents, subcontractors or others who are permitted access to the Software. All programs or copies developed by or for the Licensee in violation of this License, including translations, compilations, partial copies with modifications and up-dated works, are the property of ADIC.

e.Responsibility. Licensee has sole responsibility for use of the program and any information entered, used, or stored thereon. This responsibility includes protection of data from modification, destruction, or disclosure, and for the accuracy and integrity of the results from improper use. ADIC assumes no responsibility for Licensee's negligence or failure to protect data from modification, destruction, or disclosure.

Installation

Installation. Licensee will, at its own expense, ensure that the installation site conforms to the requirements of the Software and, at its own expense, prepare and maintain the environmental conditions at the installation site in accordance with the requirements of the relevant hardware manufacturer. ADIC will be responsible for reasonable support during the initial installation process.

Use and Training

Licensee will limit the use of the Software to those individuals who have been appropriately trained. ADIC will make training for the Software available to Licensee pursuant to its standard training procedures. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, any additional training will be provided at ADIC's Englewood, Colorado facility at ADIC's then current rates.
