Opens a window for selecting the saved log files with automatic display in the OS/2 editor EPM
The log file name is composed of lo <YY><MM><DD>.001
<YY>: Year
<MM>: Month
<DD>: Day
List with all files saved in the defined log folder
Status information (e.g. number of log files or selection)
Status information (e.g. path name or instruction for opening file)
