Description

This command, which is essentially the same as the Group Execute Trigger (<GET>) and the subsystem TRIG[:IMM] signals, generates a trigger to the power supply.

Description

This query causes the power supply to do a self test and report any errors.

Nonzero Indicates a self-test failure.

*WAI

Meaning and Type

Wait to Continue Device Status

Description

This command instructs the power supply not to process any further commands until all pending operations are completed. "Pending operations" are as defined under the *OPC command. *WAI can be aborted only by sending the power supply a GP-IB DCL (Device Clear) command.

ABOR

This command cancels any pending triggered levels stored by the CURR:TRIG or VOLT:TRIG commands. The pending level is set equal to the corresponding immediate value. ABORt also resets the WTG bit in the Operation Condition status register (see "Status Reporting"). If INIT:CONT ON has been programmed, the trigger system rearms itself immediately after ABORt, thereby setting WTG. ABORt is executed at power turn on.
