SLEW:M <char>	Select the frequency slew mode (FIXED, STEP, PULSE or LIST)
Notes:

φ = phase selectable on Agilent 6834B reading = the returned measurement

index = a numeric value that represents the harmonic number from 0 to 50
char = a character string parameter
	and		q		scroll through the command list.

pIndex		and		qIndex		specify the desired harmonic.
