Out-of-Band
Use the XModem Download command to update available software in the hub. The download file should be the atiflash.bin binary file from Allied Telesyn; otherwise the agent will not accept it. This command specifies direct download from an attached device via the serial port. You may download using any terminal emulation program that can transmit binary files using XModem protocol. The parameters shown in this screen are indicated in Figure 15 and Table 14.

To start the download process, use XModem protocol and select a file. Start sending the file from your computer by specifying send or upload file with the XModem facility. The terminal emulation program will display the progress of the download process. After downloading the new software, the agent will automatically restart itself.
