Use a UL Listed grounding type plug rated 250 Volts, 50 Amperes, 1 Phase, 3 wire for single phase units and 250 V, 50 A, 3 Phase, 4 wire for three phase units. Plug to be selected and installed only by qualified service personnel.
Individual conductors are marked L1, L2, L3 when applicable, N when applicable, and G.
THE ROTISSERIE CAN BE HARD WIRED. PERM ANENT WIRING FOR ALL OVENS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN IN ACCORDA NCE WIT H APPLICABLE , LOCAL ELECTRI CAL CODES.

After wiri ng and pow er con nection has been completed, turn the main power switch to the “ON” posi tion. The main pow er switch can be left “ON ” for daily use , but should be turned “OFF” whe n cleaning or performing mainte nance or repai rs to the rotisse rie.
