STANDARD SPIT

Insert whol e chicke ns with the legs toward	the square end of the spit. Load	up to	3, 3-1/2 lb (1,6	kg)
chi ckens per spit for a total of 21 chickens	or 4, 2-1/2 lb (1,1 kg) chickens	for a	total of 28 whole	chic kens.

PIERCING SPIT (OPTION)

The optiona l pier cing spit (Ite m SI-25 729) wil l accommoda te 4, 2-1/2 lb (1,1 kg) to 3-1/2 lb (1,6 kg) whole chi ckens per spit.

BASKET SPIT (OPTION )

Baske t spi ts (Ite m BS-26019 with .50 diamet er pin) are useful for irr egular size products, denser items, or heav ier prod uct s tha t need more sup port than the piercin g spit s.

TURKEY SPIT (OPTIO N)

The optiona l turkey spit (It em SI-2 6980) wil l accomm odat e a turk ey up to 25 lb.
