￿HARD CHILL … To rap idly decrease the temperatu re of foo ds by internal produ ct probe tem per ature or time wit hin a ran ge of 4°F to 24°F (-1 6°C to -4° C). Hard Chill is recommended for more den se food items . The mode automatically conver ts to refrigerat ed hold ing temperat ure at the end of the chill cycle.

￿QUICK FREEZE … The mode for rapi d freezi ng and frozen food maintenance by internal product probe temperature or time within a temperature range of -10°F to +10°F (-23°C to -12°C). The mode automatically converts to a frozen food holding temperature at the end of the quick freeze cycle.
