Starting from the OFF pos ition,

 

press the pow er key ON.

 

The Alto -Sh aam name will illu minate and the

 

SELECTION SCREEN wil l appear on the

 

disp lay. The compressor will become

 

ener giz ed and wil l begin to ope rate if required

 

by the sensor s.

2.

Pres s the HAR D CHI LL key.

 

The display will indi cate the last operato r set

 

int ernal compartm ent temperatu re.

To chang e the displaye d temperat ure, press the up￿ or down ￿ arrow key to increase or decrease the temperatur e displaye d within the paramet ers of the Hard Chill mode.

3.

Press the START/STOP key.

 

The Displ ay will require the operator to sel ect

 

betwe en chill ing by PROBE or by TIME .

4.

Selec t the desi red Hard Chi ll method by

 

pres sing the right￿ or lef t￿ arrow key s.

 

After the select ion has been made , pres s the

 

START/STO P key.
