FUNCTION CODE Valid codes are:

• C=Change
• P=Main account delete
• E=Error delete
• U=Unlock
• M=Migrate
NPA Three(3)digit number of Calling Number
CALLING
NUMBER Seven(7) digit number of Calling Number
HOUSE NUMBER House Number. The field should be spaced filled if no house
number is available.
HOUSE NUMBER
SUFFIX House number extension (e.g. /2). The field should be spaced
filled if no suffix applies.
PREFIX
DIRECTIONAL Leadingstreet direction prefix. The field should be spaced filled
if no prefix applies. Valid entries: N, S, E, W,NE, NW, SE, SW
STREET NAME Validstreet address of the Calling Number.
STREET SUFFIX Validstreet abbreviation.
POST
DIRECTIONAL Trailingstreet direction suffix. The field should be spaced filled
