DESCRIPTION DES COMMANDES

1.LUMIÈRES DE CAVITÉ MARCHE/ARRÊT ---

actionne les lumières dans la cavité du four.

2.INTERRUPTEUR SOUFFLERIE HAUT/BAS/ ARRÊT --- contrôle le fonctionnement de la soufflerie. Si l’interrupteur de la soufflerie est en position ARRÊT (OFF), le four est mis à l’arrêt.

3.INTERRUPTEUR REFROIDIR --- en position AUTO, le four peut être utilisé pour cuire. Si l’interrupteur est en position MANuelle, le four se refroidit avant la prochaine cuisson.

4.VOYANT FOUR PRÊT --- quand allumé il indi- que le fonctionnement du brûleur. Quand il s’éteint le four a atteint la température opéra- tionnelle.

5.THERMOSTAT --- contrôle la température à la- quelle le four fonctionne. La gamme de tem- pérature va de 93 et 260_C (200---500_F).

6.MINUTERIE DE CUISSON --- sert à minuter le temps de cuisson. Actionne un ronfleur quand le temps de cuisson se termine.

UTILISATION

1.Régler l’interrupteur de REFROIDIR (3) sur AUTO. Tourner le THERMOSTAT (5) sur la température de cuisson désirée.

2.Régler l’INTERRUPTEUR DE SOUFFLERIE

(2) sur la position HI (HAUT). Quand le VOY- ANT FOUR PRÊT (4) s’éteint, charger le pro- duit et régler la MINUTERIE DE CUISSON (6).

3.Quand le ronfleur se déclenche, retirer le pro- duit. Si le produit suivant demande une tem- pérature de cuisson plus basse, le mode de ”refroidir” peut être utilisé. Régler l’INTER- RUPTEUR DE SOUFFLERIE (2) sur la position LO (BAS). Passer l’INTERRUPTEUR REFROI- DIR (3) sur la position MANuelle. S’assurer que la porte est ouverte.

4.Arrêter le four en passant l’INTERRUPTEUR MARCHE/ARRÊT DE LA SOUFFLERIE (2) sur la position OFF (ARRÊT).

AVERTISSEMENT!!

Une période d’arret complet de 5 minutes doit être observée avant le rallumage du four.
