5.Utilizando um Kit de pré-montagem

Os kits de pré-montagem em instalações personalizadas permitem que as localizações de colunas de embutir no tecto e na parede sejam pré- definidas antes das placas de pladúr e gesso serem aplicadas às vigas. A passagem e corte do cabo de coluna também são facilitadas através do uso dos kits de pré-montagem. Um kit de pré-montagem (PMK) compreende um molde de plástico que define o tamanho da abertura do modelo de coluna específico, duas tiras de metal perfurado e quatro clips de plástico.

Para usar um PMK, coloque uma tira a cada lado do molde usando os clipes de plástico. O conjunto PMK pode agora ser anexado à estrutura base da parede falsa pregando as tiras de metal de modo que o molde de plástico fique na posição apropriada.

Quando a placa de pladur é subsequentemente aplicada (marcada no exterior para designar a posição do kit de pré-montagem) o molde plástico do PMK serve como um guia de corte interno, o que facilita significativamente a abertura de corte da coluna.
