5.Utilisation du kit de Pré-montage

Les kits d’installation de Pré-montage permettent de matérialiser l’emplacement des enceintes encastrées au mur ou au plafond, avant que les plaques de plâtres ne soient fixées sur leur structure de poutrelles métalliques. Le cheminement et la coupe à la bonne taille des câbles de haut-parleur sont en outre facilités de part l’utilisation des kits de pré-montage. Ces kits de pré-montage (PMK) sont constitués d’une structure plastique définissant la taille d'ouverture du modèle spécifique de l’enceinte, de deux rubans perforés en métal et de quatre agrafes en plastique.

Pour utiliser un kit PMK, fixez les rubans perforés de chaque coté du bâti, à l’aide des agrafes en plastique. L’assemblage PMK peut alors être fixé à la structure en vissant les rubans métalliques aux poutrelles de telle façon que le bâti en plastique se retrouve positionné à l’emplacement voulu.

Ensuite, lorsque la plaque de plâtre est fixée à la structure (on matérialisera sur la face extérieure la position du lit de pré-montage, le bâti en plastique PMK servira de guide interne pour la coupe, ce qui simplifiera de façon significative de découpage de l'ouverture pour le haut-parleur.
