Printing reports
Following reports are availa ble:

How to print a report

For MFC-3240C, press Menu/Set, 4.
—OR—
For MFC-3340CN, press Menu/Set, 6.
—OR—
For FAX-1840C and FAX-1940 CN, hold down Shift as you
press Ink/Reports.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select the report you want.
Press Menu/Set.
—OR—
Enter the number of the repo rt you want to print.
For example, press 1 to print the Help List.

Press Black Start.
1.Help List Prints the Help List so you can see at-a-glance
how to quickly program your machine.
2.Quick-Dial Lists names and numbers stored in the
One-Touch and Speed-Dial memory, in numerical
order.
3.Fax Journal Lists information about the last incoming and
outgoing faxes.
(TX means Transmit.) (RX means Receive.)
4.Transmission Prints a Transmission Verification Report for your
last transmission.
5.User Settings
(FAX-1940CN and
MFC-3340CN only)
Lists your settings.
6.Network Config
(FAX-1940CN and
MFC-3340CN only)
Lists your Network settings.
