You can save the copy setting s you use most often by setting them

as default. These setting s will remain until you change them again.

Increasing copy speed or qu ality

Press Menu/Set, 3, 1.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Normal,

Best or Fast.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

Adjusting brightness

Press Menu/Set, 3, 2.

Press ▲ to make a lighter copy.

Press ▼ to make a darker copy.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

Adjusting contrast

You can change the contra st to help an image lo ok sharper and more

vivid.

Press Menu/Set, 3, 3.

Press ▲ to increase the contrast.
