Brother MFC-7362N, MFC-7470D Paper is jammed inside the machine

Close the fuser cover and the back cover (face-up output tray).

e Using both hands, gently pull the jammed paper out of the fuser unit.

g Put the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine.

Paper is jammed inside the machine

If the LCD shows Jam Inside, follow these steps:

a Open the front cover. Leave the machine turned on for 10 minutes to cool down.

h Close the front cover. If the machine does not start printing automatically, press Start.
