Paper is jammed at the front and back of the machine

If the screen shows

PaperJam Front,Rear, follow these steps:

a Unplug the machine from the AC power outlet.

b Pull the paper tray (1) completely out of the machine.

Troubleshooting

d Lift the Flap, and remove the jammed paper.

(With tray removed, go to step e.)

c Pull out the jammed paper (1).

e Open the Jam Clear Cover (1) at the back of the machine.
