Adjust the metering method (how brightness is measured) to suit shooting conditions as follows.
zzPress the <m> button, choose [] in the menu, and choose the desired option (=89).

zzPress the <n> button, choose [Spot AE Point] on the [4] tab, and then choose [AF Point] (=91).
XXThe Spot AE Point frame will now be linked to the movement of the AF frame (=185).
• Not available when [AF Frame] is set to [Face AiAF] (=184).
