Registering a Camera Nickname (First time only)
To start with, register a camera nickname.
This nickname will be displayed on the screen of target devices when connecting to other devices via wireless LAN.
1Access the wireless LAN
screen.
zzPress the <1> button to turn the camera on.
zzPress the <o> button.
2Access the keyboard. zzPress the <m> button.
3Enter a nickname.
zzTouch characters on the keyboard to enter them.
zzUp to 16 characters can be used. zzTouch [q][r] to move the cursor. zzTouch [
] to enter capital letters. zzTouch [
] to enter numbers or symbols.
zzTouch [
] to delete the previous character.
zzEither touch [
] or press the <n> button.
zzPress the <o><p> buttons or turn the <7> dial to choose [OK], and then press the <m> button.
