Autoexposure Shooting
When the shooting mode is set to <d> or <BULB>, autoexposure control will take effect to suit the scene’s current brightness. Autoexposure control will be the same for <d> and <BULB>.
1Set the shooting mode to <d/
BULB>.
Press the <W> button and turn the <6> or <5> dial to select <d> or <BULB>.
| 2 Focus the subject. | |
| Before shooting, focus with AF or | |

| When you press the shutter button | |
| halfway, the camera will focus with | |
| the current AF mode. | |
| 3 Shoot the movie. | |
| Press the <B> button to start | |
| shooting a movie. | |
| X While the movie is being shot, the | |
| “o” mark will be displayed on the | |
Recording movie | upper right of the screen. | |
To stop shooting the movie, press the | ||
