In addition, a PC card cushion is enclosed to prevent the PC card from being dislodged by an impact and so forth. Use this card as necessary.

1.Check that the power is off. If the power is on, always make sure to turn it off by pressing the power key.
2.Press the ridged ( 
) portions ( 1 ) of the splash protect cover while spreading apart the left and right locks ( 2 ) to disengage as shown in the illustration, and then open the splash protect cover ( 3 ).
