Working with Catalog Reports

Step4 Click Run to reauthenticate or disconnect the RADIUS session.
If your change of authorization fails, it might be be cause of any of the following reasons:
Device does not support CoA
Changes to the identity or authorization policy
Shared secret mismatch
Step5 See the Troubleshooting RADIUS Authentications, page 14-6 to troubleshoot a failed change of
authorization attempt.
A failed dynamic CoA will be listed under failed RADIUS authentications.
Customizing Reports
To customize a system report:
Step1 Select Monitoring and Reports > Reports > Catalog > report_type > report_name, where report_type
is the type of report, and report_name is the name of the repor t that you want to customize.
The Reports page appears.
Step2 Click the radio button next to the name of the report you want to customize, or click the name of the
report you want to customize.
Step3 Click Run.
The Run Report page appears.
Step4 Modify fields in the Run Reports page as required.
Step5 Click Run.
The report appears.
Step6 Click Launch Interactive Viewer.
Step7 Modify the report contents as required and click Save As to save the customized report with the same,
or a different, report name in any Catalog > Reports page.
