1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 5.3) and

removethe following components:

a. Hinge covers (Section 5.5)

b. Keyboard(Section 5.6)

c. Display (Section 5.7)

d. EMI shield (Section 5.8)

e. Topc over(Section 5.9)

f. Infrared board (Section 5.15)

g. System board (Section 5.16)

2. Turnthe system board bottom side up with the rear panel

facing you.
