TROUBLE SHOOTING - GENERAL

PROBABLE CAUSEREMEDY

Excessive vibration

Cannot make squ are

ripping.

Cut not true at 90 ° or

45° positions.

Tilt and elevating handwheel turn hard.

4.Rip Fence not parallel to blade.

1.Stop collars not properly adjusted.

2.Bearing retainers too tight.

1.Discard Blade and use a different blade.

NOTE: Motors used on wood working tools ar particularly susceptible to the accumulation of sawdust and wood chips and should be blown out or "vacuumed" frequently to prevent interference with normal motor ventilation.
