14 Antenna Modules

Removing the Antenna Modules

Prerequisites

1Remove the stand cover. See "Removing the Stand Cover" on page 15.

2Remove the stand. See "Removing the Stand" on page 17.

3Remove the back cover. See "Removing the Back Cover" on page 19.

4Remove the system-board shield. See "Removing the System-Board Shield" on

page 35.

Procedure

1Disconnect the antenna cables from the connectors on the wireless Mini-Card.

2Make a note of the antenna cables routing and remove them from the

routing guides.

3Peel the antenna modules from the chassis.
