General Troubleshooting

This section contains procedures to help you locate and resolve problems. Some problems can be resolved by simply restarting the printer.

To restart the printer:

1.Locate the power switch to the right side of the control panel.

2.Turn the switch OFF, wait 2 minutes, and turn the switch back ON.

If the problem is not resolved by restarting the printer, see the table in this chapter that best describes the problem.
