Uninstall and reinstall the printer software

If the printer is not functioning properly or if a communications error message
appears when you try to use your printer, you may need to uninstall, and then
reinstall the printer software.

Printer A940Uninstall Dell A940.
2Follow the instructions on your computer screen to uninstall the printer
software.
3Restart your computer before reinstalling the printer software.
4Insert the DellAIO Printer A940 CD.
If the CD does not start, click Install.
5Follow the instructions on your computer screen to install the software.
