您还可以将固件库存另存为文本文件。然后您可以将文件发送给技术支持 代表，以检测任何固件不匹配问题。

查看固件库存

1根据您是要查看一个存储阵列还是所有存储阵列的固件信息，执行以 下操作之一：

•一个存储阵列—从Array Management Window （阵列管理窗口） 中选择 Advanced （高级） → Maintenance （维护） → Firmware Inventory （固件库存）。

•所有存储阵列—从Enterprise Management Window （企业管理窗 口）中选择 Tools （工具） → Firmware Inventory （固件库存）。

2要将固件库存另存为文本文件，请单击 Save As （另存为）。

3在 Specify filename （指定文件名）中，输入要保存的文件的名称。如 果要将该文件保存到默认位置以外的其他位置，您还可以指定其他物 理磁盘和目录。

注：如果没有指定文件名的后缀，则会自动为该文件名添加后缀 *.txt。

4单击 Save （保存）。

将包含固件库存的 ASCII 文本文件保存到指定目录。
