可以使用 Collect Support Bundle (收集支持包)选项在客户端监测进程检 测到危急事件时自动保存支持包的副本。

危急事件期间,支持包会保存在客户端系统 (位于与用于保存其他恢复 信息相同的区域中)的本地物理磁盘中。该信息在至少 72 小时内不会被 覆盖。

警告:仅在技术支持代表的指导下使用该选项。

自动收集支持包数据:

1AMW 中,选择 Advanced (高级) → Troubleshooting (故障排 除) → Support Data (支持数据) → Automatic Settings (自动设 置)。

2选择 Automatically collect support data for critical events (自动收集危 急事件的支持数据)。

3要更改保存支持包的位置,可单击 Change (更改)。

将显示 Change Folder Location (更改文件夹位置)窗口,浏览至相 关文件夹并单击 OK (确定)。

4要重设默认位置,可单击 Reset (重设)。

5单击 OK (确定)。

收集物理磁盘数据

可以使用 Collect Physical Disk Data (收集物理磁盘数据)选项从存储阵 列上的所有物理磁盘收集日志侦听数据。
