•如果阵列状态 LED 持续亮起或闪烁琥珀色：

a 在 AMW 中，选择 Summary （摘要）选项卡并单击 Storage Array needs attention （存储阵列需引起注意）。按照 Recovery Guru 中

的所列步骤执行，并最多等待 5 分钟以检查 LED 是否变为蓝色。 请参阅第 237 页上的 “Recovery Guru”。

b 如果按照 recovery guru 步骤执行后无法解决问题，则应完成以下步

骤对阵列进行进一步的故障排除。 c 必要时应关闭主机服务器电源。

d 卸下 RAID 控制器模块，然后检查背板和 RAID 控制器模块上的插 针没有发生弯曲。请参阅第 212 页上的 “卸下 RAID 控制器模块 挡片”。

e 重新安装 RAID 控制器模块并等待 30 秒。请参阅第 215 页上的

“安装 RAID 控制器模块”。

f 检查 RAID 控制器模块状态 LED。 g 替换 RAID 控制器模块。

h 开启主机服务器电源。

•如果任何给定的 FCIN 端口的两个 LED 都未亮，请参阅第 257 页上的 “阵列和扩展柜连接的故障排除”。

a关闭服务器、存储阵列和扩展柜。
