注:MDSM 可能需要几分钟时间更新与无响应节点之间的状态更改。与无 响应节点之间的状态更改取决于到存储阵列的网络链接。所有其他状态更改 会更快地进行更新。

存储阵列支持数据

可以收集有助于排除存储阵列故障的各类库存、状态和性能数据。所有文 件都会压缩到单个 zip 格式的存档中。可以将该存档文件转发到技术支持 代表以供故障排除和日后分析。

要生成支持数据报告,请:

1AMW 中,可以执行以下操作之一:

选择 Advanced (高级) → Troubleshooting (故障排除) → Support Data (支持数据) → Collect (收集)。

选择 Support (支持)选项卡,然后单击 Gather Support Information (收集支持信息)。

将显示 Collect All Support Data (收集所有支持数据)窗口。

2Specify filename (指定文件名)中为支持数据文件输入名称,或者 单击 Browse (浏览)浏览至以前保存的文件以覆盖现有文件。

如果没有指定文件名的后缀,则会自动为该文件名添加后缀 .zip

3进入 Execution summary (执行情况摘要)。

4单击 Start (启动)。

收集完所有支持文件后,将使用指定的文件名进行存档。

5单击 OK (确定)。

注:如果正在运行支持的数据操作,在开始另一个支持的数据操作前,必 须先完成当前操作。不支持并行采集,并将导致错误消息。
