捕获状态信息

使用 Troubleshooting (故障排除) → Capture State Information (捕获 状态信息)选项捕获有关存储阵列的当前状态的信息,并将捕获的信息保 存到文本文件。可以将捕获的信息发送给技术支持代表以便进行分析。

可能导致无响应的存储阵列 – State Capture (状态捕获)选项可能导致 存储阵列不响应主机和存储管理工作站。仅在技术支持代表的指导下使用 该选项。

1AMW 中,选择 Advanced (高级) → Troubleshooting (故障排 除) → Capture State Information (捕获状态 信息)。

2阅读 Confirm State Capture (确认状态捕获)对话框中的信息,并键 入 yes 继续。

3Specify filename (指定文件名)文本框中,输入要保存的文件的名 称,或者如果要覆盖现有文件,可以浏览到以前保存的文件。

使用惯例 filename.dmp 作为文件的名称。如果没有指定文件名的后缀, 则会自动为该文件名添加后缀 .dmp

4单击 Start (启动)。

注:每次测试都显示执行过程中的状态。成功完成时,测试会显示

Completed (已完成)。如果所有测试都无法完成,则 Execution summary (执行情况摘要)窗口中会显示 Failed (已失败)状态。

5监测所有测试的进度和完成状态。完成时,单击 OK (确定)关闭

State Capture (状态捕获)对话框。

单击 Cancel (取消)停止状态捕获过程及所有尚未完成的剩余测试。 此时任何已生成的测试信息都将保存到状态捕获文件。
