捕获状态信息

使用 Troubleshooting （故障排除） → Capture State Information （捕获 状态信息）选项捕获有关存储阵列的当前状态的信息，并将捕获的信息保 存到文本文件。可以将捕获的信息发送给技术支持代表以便进行分析。

可能导致无响应的存储阵列 – State Capture （状态捕获）选项可能导致 存储阵列不响应主机和存储管理工作站。仅在技术支持代表的指导下使用 该选项。

1从 AMW 中，选择 Advanced （高级） → Troubleshooting （故障排 除） → Capture State Information （捕获状态 信息）。

2阅读 Confirm State Capture （确认状态捕获）对话框中的信息，并键 入 yes 继续。

3在 Specify filename （指定文件名）文本框中，输入要保存的文件的名 称，或者如果要覆盖现有文件，可以浏览到以前保存的文件。

使用惯例 filename.dmp 作为文件的名称。如果没有指定文件名的后缀， 则会自动为该文件名添加后缀 .dmp。

4单击 Start （启动）。

注：每次测试都显示执行过程中的状态。成功完成时，测试会显示

Completed （已完成）。如果所有测试都无法完成，则 Execution summary （执行情况摘要）窗口中会显示 Failed （已失败）状态。

5监测所有测试的进度和完成状态。完成时，单击 OK （确定）关闭

State Capture （状态捕获）对话框。

单击 Cancel （取消）停止状态捕获过程及所有尚未完成的剩余测试。 此时任何已生成的测试信息都将保存到状态捕获文件。
