 Purpose
Enables/disables pin output.
 Parameters

CardNo U16 Number Unit CardNo is between 0~15
NodeID U16 Number Unit Node ID is (0~12)
SlotID U16 Number Unit 0
ChannelNo U16 Number Unit Channel ID is between 0~3
Enable U16 Selection
0: Output disable
1: Output enable. Set and send the output
value to target
