Sandwichs à la crème glacée

Ingrédients :

1 contenant de 12 onces de concentré

congelé de citronnade 3 tasses d’eau

1,5 tasse de sucre

Préparation :

1.Amalgamez l'eau et le sucre dans une petite casserole. Faites mijoter pour dis- soudre le sucre; refroidissez la préparation.

2.Mélangez les ingrédients dans un bol à mélanger, un robot ou un mélangeur.

3.Suivez les instructions normales présentées à la page. 20.

4,5 tasses de lait

34 tasse de sucre

3 c. à soupe de pelure de citron râpé

1 (gros) blanc d'eouf

Préparation :

1.Amalgamez tous les ingrédients et remuez la préparation jusqu'à ce que le sucre soit dissout et que le mélange semble caillé.

2.Suivez les instructions normales présentées à la page 20.

Ingrédients :

Biscuits cuits d’avance - 2 par sandwich; choi- sissez des biscuits de 2,5 à 3 po de diamètre; les biscuits mous donnent de meilleurs résul- tats. Congelez les biscuits avant de les garnir.

Garniture - préparez la crème glacée choisie. Affermissez-la au congélateur avant de la plac- er dans les sandwichs.

Préparation

Placez une strate de 12 po de crème glacée sur un biscuit. Placez un deuxième biscuit sur la garniture. Au besoin, rouler les sandwichs dans la noix de coco grillée ou saupoudrez-les de noix de coco.

Stockage

Enveloppez individuellement les biscuits con- gelés et congelez-les.
