SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

■EL HELADO NO SE CONVIRTIÓ EN UNA CREMA SUAVE. El bote debe estar apropiadamente conge- lado. Revise la temperatura de su congelador. Si está por encima de los -17 ºC/0 ºF, bájela. Si no puede bajar la temperatura del congelador, los ingredientes deben estar tan fríos como sea posi- ble. Ponga la mezcla en el congelador durante 1 horas hasta que comience a cristalizarse. Luego vier- ta la mezcla en la máquina para hacer helado.

■LA UNIDAD ARRANCÓ Y LUEGO SE DETUVO Saque el cubo de la base del motor y encienda la unidad. Si funciona, no se había encendido la unidad antes de agregar la mezcla. Vierta la mezcla en el cubo DESPUÉS de encender la unidad.

■LA PALETA NO ESTÁ GIRANDO. Sólo el cubo gira. La paleta debería permanecer quieta.

■Limpie el cubo, la paleta y la tapa con agua tibia con jabón.

■Use un trapo húmedo para limpiar la base del motor.

■Nunca sumerja la unidad del motor, el enchufe o el cable en agua ni en otro líquido.

■Nunca coloque el cubo en el congelador si sigue húmedo.

■Asegúrese de que todos los componentes estén por completo secos.

■Nunca guarde componentes de plástico en el con- gelador.
