ACCESSNUMBERS, HAS BEEN ALTERED OR REMOVED.
THISWARRANTY SHALL ALSO BE VOID IF THE DEVICE HAS
BEENOPENED BY AN UNAUTHORIZED PERSON
(withthe exception of opening thebattery cover).
Thiswarranty gives you specificlegal rights which may vary from
state to state. Some states do not a llow the exclusion or limit ations of
incidental or consequentia l damages, or allow limitatio nso n the
durationof an implied warranty,so those limitationsmay not apply to
you.
ADVANCEEXCHANGE PROGRAM
TheAdvance Exchange Program allowsyou to have replacement
equipmentshipped immediately toyou (depending upon where you
live, it could take three to five busin ess days). Along with replac ement
equipment,you will receive a prepaidshipping label and instructions
onhow to return the defective equipment.
Theshipping charge, for receivingreplacement equipment and
returningthe defective equipment,is a one time fee based on
EchoStar'scompetitive bulks hippingrates (additional chargesm ay
applyoutside of the continentalUS). This fee will be charged to your
billingaccount or your valid credit card.
Ifyou do not ship the defectiveequipment to EchoStar withinten days
afterreceiving the replacement,your billing account or creditcard will
becharged the market price of thereplacement. If you return the
defectiveequipment after tendays, you will receive a full refund less
an administrative fee.
Ifyour equipment is out of warranty and canbe repaired your billing
accountor credit card will be chargedthe standard repair feefor the
replacement.If damage to the defectiveequipment is found, which
EchoStarin its sole discretiondetermines has voided the warranty,or
makesthe equipment unrepairable, your billingaccount or credit card
willbe charged the market priceof the replacement.
