Basic Printing

Setting Default Printer Options

When you change printer settings through your software application, the settings apply only to the application you’re using. If you want to adjust the default settings for all your Windows applications, you can access the dialog box through the Windows 95 Settings option or the Windows 3.1 Control Panel.

Make sure all your software applications are closed before you start. If not, you’ll have to close and then reopen them to have the new default settings take effect.
