Installing Printer Software on a Macintosh

1.Make sure the printer is connected to your Macintosh as described on the Start Here card.

2.Turn on the Macintosh and wait until is starts up fully.

3.Turn on your printer and wait until the Ppower light stops flashing.

4.Insert the EPSON printer software CD-ROM or diskette 1.

5.If you’re installing from the CD-ROM, double-click the

Epson Printer Driver Installer icon. After the installation program starts, read the license agreement and click Agree. The click Continue at the next screen.

If you’re installing from diskettes, double-click the Installer icon, then click Continue at the title screen.

6.At the Installer screen, click Install. Follow the instructions on the screen to install your printer software.

7.At the final dialog box, click Restart to restart your Macintosh.

If you’re using the CD-ROM to install your printer software, go to step 8.

If you’re using diskettes to install your printer software, go to step 9.

8.To install your creative software, double-click these icons in the CD-ROM folder, one at a time:

PressWriter Installer

Kai’s Photo Soap SE Installer

Then follow the instructions on the screen.
