Your printer is not set up correctly as a remote printer.
Be sure the printer software for Windows NT 4.0 is installed on your computer. Then follow these steps:
1.Click Start, point to Settings, and select Printers.
2.
3.Select a printer port other than lpt1 in the Port menu.
4.From the DOS prompt, type the network path to your printer, for example, c:\net use lpt2: \\epserver\printer
where lpt2: is your port, epserver is your print server, and printer is your printer name.
5.Press the Enter key.
6.Restart your computer.
To cancel this setting, type /d instead of the network path to your printer in step 4, for example, c:\net use lpt2: /d.
