SUPPORTED ISDN SWITCH TYPES

The following table lists the ISDN switch types and corresponding geographical regions supported by the Netopia ISDN PC Card:

National ISDN NI-1 and AT&T	North America (Canada and United
Custom 5ESS	States)
EuroISDN	Europe (including France and
	Germany)
TS013	Australia
NTT (JATE)	Japan

The Netopia ISDN PC Card includes firmware for both inside and outside of North America. A change in location may require you to update the Netopia ISDN PC Card firmware.

SUPPORTED RATE ADAPTION CONTROLS

The following table lists the rate adaption controls supported by the Netopia ISDN PC Card:

Rate Adaption	Description
Conversion of Asynchronous	This conversion allows for direct
PPP into Synchronous PPP	point-to-point connectivity.
Asynchronous with V.120 rate	V.120 rate adaption is supported on
adaption	any asynchronous protocol over ISDN
	in North America and in any other
